Over-expression of CCNB1 and CDK1 promote break-induced replication in MII oocytes. A Over-expression of CCNB1-mVenus, CDK1-mCherry or CCNB1-mVenus mixed with CDK1-mCherry in GV oocytes could rescue the Milrinone induced GV arrest. The fluorescence signal could be detected 3 h after cRNA injection. The GVBD rates were recorded 8 h after cRNA micro-injection. Statistics performed by Fisher’s exact test.
