Growth phase-dependent averaged genome-wide cytosine methylation changes in H. pylori detected by EM-Seq. H. pylori strain N6 wild type (N6-wt) was cultured in liquid medium and harvested at two different points during the growth phase, O. D.₆₀₀ = 0.5 (early log phase) and O.D.₆₀₀ = 1.0. (mid-log phase). Two biological and technical replicates were analyzed for each condition (see Table 1).
